PAV BHAJI :

Pav bhaji 

Ingredients :

•Carrot 
•Cauliflower 
•Beans 
•Peas 
•Water 
•Butter 
•Cumin 
•Onion 
•Ginger Garlic paste 
•Turmeric powder 
•Coriander leaves 
•Chilli powder 
•Garam masala 
•Tomato 
•Capsicum 
•Bun 
•Lemon 


Preparation:

• Add the mentioned veggies in a boiling pan and pour required water. 


• Boil the veggies for 10 minutes .


• By the way,  take a fresh pan and add 2 tsp of butter ,1 tsp of cumin powder, chopped onions. Then fry it till the onion turns gold. 


• Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder,  Garam masala. Fry it well and add tomatoes and capsicum. 


• Then mix it well, till the tomatoes mashes with the mixture. Now add the boiled veggies along with water into the pan and mash the veggies well. 


• Once it turns into thick consistency, add the coriander leaves and squeeze lemon in it. 


• Serve it with buns and pour the mixture at the side and add some onion rings and lemon at the serving plate. 


PAPDI CHAAT :

Papdi chaat 

Ingredients :

•Tamarind 
•Jaggery 
•Green chilli 
•Coriander leaves 
•Mint leaves 
•All purpose flour 
•Potato 
•Onion 
•Cumin seeds 
•Chilli powder 


Preparation :

• Take a pan and add two cups of water and add tamarind and Jaggery into it. Then mix it well and make it into thick consistency and filter it. 


• Now it's time to make papdi, so take a bowl and add all purpose flour 3 cups, cumin seeds, butter or ghee 2 tsp and knead it well into a big ball. 


• Cover the ball using a glass sheet and rest it for 10 minutes. 


• Now divide the big balls into small medium  sized balls and spread like chapati. Then deep fry it in a oil pan. This process will be more likely as Poori preparation. 


• You can observe some crispy small balls. So it's called papdi.


• Take a large plate and arrange the fried papdis at the corner of plate. And spread curd on it, add some boiled potato pieces in it. 


• Add the green chutney and sweet chutney and add some sev to cover the papdi . Spread onions and chilli powder at last. 


• Now you may enjoy your evening with papdi chaat.
