• In taking of soup is equal to intaking more veggies. So, veg soup is always a right choice. 

• It is very simple and easy to prepare at your own. 

• Even some creamy soup may distract your diet, some veg soups are really of rich proteins and vitamins. 


1. HOT AND SPICY VEG SOUP :

INGREDIENTS :

Oil 

Garlic 

Ginger 

Onion 

Green chilli 

Beans 

Carrots 

Cabbage 

Mushrooms 

Chilli sauce 

Red chilli powder 

Soya sauce 

Pepper powder 

Water 

lemon juice 

Corn flour 


PREPARATION:

* Take a pan and pour some 2-3 tsp of oil and add one chopped garlic 1tsp and grated ginger 1tsp. Then add chopped onion 1 , 1green chilli , beans,  carrots 1/4 cup,  cabbage,  mushroom. 

* Saute it well for 10 minutes until the onion turned into golden colour. Now add the chilli sauce 1tsp , 1 tsp of red chilli powder,  soya sauce 1tsp and pepper powder 1 tsp.  Mix it well altogether. 

* Then add 3cups of water ,lemon juice or vinegar. Mix the cornflour and water, then add it into the pan. 

* Now you should stirr nicely without taking off. Now again add 4 cups of water.  

* It's the time to serve 👍.

2. CHICKEN HOT SOUP :

INGREDIENTS :

Water (750 ml) 

Onion 1 

Garlic 1

Ginger 

Bay leaves 

Pepper 

Chicken 

Oil 

Carrot 

Cabbage 

Vinegar 

Soya sauce 

Tomato sauce 

Pepper powder 

Salt 

Corn flour 

Egg 


PREPARATION :

* Take a pan and pour the 750 ml of water and add 1 onion chopped into just four pieces,  garlic 1 , ginger 1 , bay leaves,  pepper,  chicken pieces. 

* Let it boil for some 10 minutes. 

* After it boils,  filter it and take off the chicken pieces and make it as shreds.  Now,  take the pan and add the oil, garlic,  ginger and veggies mentioned. 

* Now,  saute it well. 

*  At last,  add the egg white and corn flour + water  to thick  of the soup. 

* You may serve and enjoy your soup 😉
