* Clean and cut the jackfruit. 
* Many will take of rags in jackfruit, but it's the dish made by the rags of jackfruit.

* Add chilli powder, rice flour, salt in a bowl and mix it as paste consistency with help of water. 
*Bake it for some 30-40 minutes and in the middle of the process, just drizzle a teaspoon of oil to make it more crunchy.

How to be prepared?? 

* Start cleaning the jackfruit by applying oil in the hands. Then chop the jackfruit into pieces. 
*Fry the chopped jackfruit until it turns brown in colour and keep aside.
* Then take a fresh pan and add onion, ginger garlic paste, spices needed and salt to the oil. 
* Fry it until the oil separates .Nearly it will take 5-10 minutes in low flame. 
* Add the fried kathai into the pan and combine it evenly .
*Cook it for 15-20 minutes to have a tasty recipe. 
* Then serve it with the chapati, it will be a awesome combination to have.

* Take a fork to jackfruit until it reaches shreds consistency. 
* Take a pan and add onion and garlic. Then saute for couple of minutes. After, add the jackfruit and cook until the moisture content get off. Then add Salt for taste. 
* After your process, remove the plan from heat. 
* Take a bowl and mash the white bean using fork. Add the lemon, olive oil, tomato and some spices to it and mix well until evenly coated. 
* Take slices of breads ,then add cheese to it. Then place it in the oven.
* If needed you can add green leaves of your choice. 
* Then sit aside until the cheese melts. Nearly it will take 4-5 minutes. 
*Then heat the baked slices in the pan and add the mixtures in the bowl to each breads. If needed seasonings to it which gives you more taste.
