1.KADHI CHAWAL :

The first recipe out of 5 in this topic is kadhi chawal. You have to spend only 15 minutes for preparation. Kadhi is nothing but mild spices with yogurt. You should definitely try this recipe atleast once for your dinner. 

INGREDIENTS :

* Curd or yogurt 
*Gramflour 
*Gratted Jaggery
*Green chilli
*Fenugreek seeds 
* Mustard 
*Cumin seeds 
*Ginger paste 
*Curry leaves 
*Red chilli 
*Cloves, cinnamon, salt and olive oil 

PREPARATION:

  Make yogurt or curd, gram flour and cups of water into smooth paste 
• Add the jaggery and green chilli and mix it well. 
• Then cook the mixture of yogurt in low heat until the yogurt boiled. 
• Let the kadhi cooked until thick consistency but avoid high flame cooking 
•Heat the oil in a pan and add the spices mentioned above. 
• Pour the tempered gravy into kadhi when the seeds begins to split out and mix it well 
•  Serve your dish

2.CREAMY TOMATO SOUP :

 Who hates creamy dishes?. And tomato is one of the healthiest vegetable ever. Let's try this combination of soup. The total time spend on this preparation will be 30 minutes. 

INGREDIENTS:

*Unsalted butter 
*Extra virgin olive oil 
*Chopped onion 
*Garlic and cloves- mashed 
*Tomato juice 
*Cream 
*Sugar and salt 
* Pepper and oregano 
*bread and it's crumbs 

PREPARATION:

Take a large pan and melt the butter in olive oil. 
• Add the sliced onions and garlic and cook in medium flame. 
•Stirr it until it softened. 
• Then add tomatoes, tomato juice water, cream, sugar, red pepper, oregano and seasonate the dish with salt and pepper. 
• Cook the soup in the high flame, then break the tomatoes with the help of spoons. 
• Take a small metal cooking pot and add the 1 tsp of butter and brown it in high flame. 
•Add the olive oil to it and sliced breads and cook it over the high flame for 6minutes.
• Transfer it to the browned butter and toss it well. 
•Blend the tomato soup and reheat if it is necessary. 


3. BREAD PIZZA :

 Pizzas preparation at home is little difficult, but mailing bread pizza will be awesome and simple. 
For this recipe no oven is needed. You can make it with your basic pan. Sin, try it out as snacks or dinner. 

INGREDIENTS :

* Bread slices 
*Cheese 
*Oregano 
*Pepper 
* Onion 
*Chilli powder or flakes 
*Sauce (tomato or chilli) 

PREPARATION:

Take a slice of bread and apply sauce on it. 
• Then grate the cheese and add onion slices on it. 
• Add the oregano and chilli flakes. 
•Add pepper and grate the cheese one more time to increase the flavour. 
•Then make this slices  into the pan and left aside until the cheese melts. 
•Taste your pizzas at home 


4.ULAVACHARU:

 Ulavacharu is one of the popular Rasam in South Indian recipes. Actually it is the Andra dish and made popular among southern states. This receipe should be served with hot rice for lunch or dinner. Even you can try it as soup at evening snacks. Have a try and taste your dinner. 

INGREDIENTS :

*Horse gram 
*Tamarind powder 
*Red chilli 
*Onion 
*Garlic
*Cloves 
*Coriander powder 
*Cumin 
* Salt 

PREPARATION:

Soak the horse gram for at least 8hours on 3-5 cups of water and wash it twice to make it clean 
•Add the washed grams into a pressure cooker 
•Let it cook for 15-20 minutes in medium flame. 
•The horse gram will retain it's structure, so don't get panic to cook it for long time. 
• After well cooked, strain the water into a vessel to make Rasam. 
•Take up a 3/4 th cup of cooked gram into a mixer jar .
• Also add red chilli, onion, tamarind powder, garlic and cloves to it and grind it to a smooth paste with water. 
•Add the paste to horse gram water and add turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, cumin and let it boil. 
•Boil it for 10-12 minutes and you will find some frothy layer on the Rasam (frothy layer is nothing but some white layer will  be formed). 
• Mean while, take a small kadai and add oil to make tadka. 
•Add the spices and let it splitter.
• Then switch off the flame and by now the Ulavacharu will be boiled thoroughly with any raw smell. 
• Add the mixture of spices ( tadka) into the Ulavacharu and switch off the flame. 
•Add the coriander leaves and and serve your Ulavacharu with hot rice 


5.POMMES GRATIN :

 Are anyone here if potato lover?. Absolutely, you are going to try the recipe with potato. You can have it for brunch or dinner. It is easy and innovative dish for you all. Let's try this! 

INGREDIENTS :

*Butter 
* Cream 
*Cloves, Garlic salt and pepper 
*Nutmeg powder (ஜாதிக்காய்)  
*Thyme (ஓமம்)
* Potato 
*Gratted cheese. 

PREPARATION :

Take a pan and add 2tsp of butter and 1 cup of cream. 
• Add thyme, garlic, salt, nutmeg powder, pepper and let the cream get reduced a little. 
• And now, add the sliced potatoes and cheese, the leave it aside for further reduction of cheese. 
• Note the potatoes are well coated 
• Transfer the creamy dish to a baking pan and add the remaining butter and cheese to it and bake it till the colour gets onto gold and cheese melts. 
• Serve your creamy receipe.
