Hey guys!! May I know, who all are suffering from belly fat? .Belly fat is something little difficult to reduce. The causes for belly fat is improper diet. The excess of belly fat may lead to risk of heart diseases, heart attacks, asthma,  stroke. Sometimes stress even lead to abdominal obesity. 1. PLANK EXERCISE :

The one of the effective method to reduce your belly fat is plank exercise. Have a habit of doing plank regularly for 10 minutes. The plank exercise will increase and boost metabolism level. We all will like to get some good posture, so this method will be effective for better fit posture. These are some benefits of this exercise. Just 10 minutes daily to reduce belly fat. 


2. TURMERIC TEA :

Pour 1 glass of water in a large pan. Then grate 1/2 tsp of ginger in the water and add 1/4 tsp of pepper. Add some 1/4 tsp if turmeric powder in to it. Let it boil for 2 minutes. Now strain the tea using filter and add one tsp of honey in it. Turmeric consists of ' curcumin ' which helps in reduce the fat in your body. 


3. LEMON :

Take a glass of warm water and crush the lemon juice in it. Add 1 tsp of honey and stir it well. This lemon honey drink helps in controlling your body weight. Take this drink at morning before 20-30 minutes of your breakfast, so that your belly fat will start to reduce slowly. This is the second remedy to reduce belly fat.

4. CURRY LEAVES :

 This is another remedy where you can sight some blasting changes on your abdominal fat. Pour 2 glasses of water in a large boiling pan and add some curry leaves to it. Then let it boil for some minutes until the water get reduced. And switch off the flame, then let it cool for some time. After it cooled completely, squeeze half lemon and have it regularly at morning with empty stomach. 


5. CINNAMON
:

Pour 2 glasses of water in a large pan and add some cumin seeds and cinnamon in it. Then let it boil until the flavour merged in the water. After it boiled completely, strain it. Squeeze some lemon juice in it and add a teaspoon of honey. Now, you can have it for the treatment of belly fat. 


6.GREEN TEA LEAVES :

We all know that green tea is a good remedy for weight loss. You can drink green tea even for reducing belly fat. But here, I am going to share some innovative Green tea . Pour 2 glasses of water in a large pan and add some cinnamon and chopped ginger in the water. Now add a teaspoon of turmeric powder and stir it well. Let it boil completely. Now transfer it in a glass and add some Green tea leaves in it.  Leave the mixture of 5 minutes. And strain it, then you may have it in morning before your breakfast.
