Hey guys!! I am here with a delicious snack for you. It is a simple and quick recipe which every one may like. Just have a try to amaze everyone. Today's recipe is.... BISCUIT PUDDING which needs minimum basic ingredients but result will be stunning in taste. Don't skip any of the step and don't forget to like this blog. Let's get started!!
 


INGREDIENTS :

• Biscuits( chocolate flavour or normal marigold biscuits) 
• Egg -2
• Sugar -1/2 cup 
• Ghee - 1 tsp 
• Milk - 250 ml


PREPARATION:

• First step is to make caramel, so take a pan and pour one cup of water and sugar. Then boil it well. 


• Be careful while boiling it, if you over boil it, it may get spoiled. So boil it until it turns golden orange colour.


• After getting the caramel consistency, just transfer it to an flat container and rest it aside. 


• Now, take some to biscuits and break it. Then put the biscuits pieces into a mixer grinder and sugar to it. 


• Grind it well as powder consistency. Take a bowl and break eggs in it and stir it well using a whisk. 


• Now add the grinded powder into the eggs and mix altogether. Then,  add the 250 my boiled milk without adding any water and stir the mixture altogether. 


• And finally, pour the mixture into the caramel container and make it aside. Take a cooker and pour some water to it. And place a small stand into the cooker and now keep the container on the stand (the water level should touch the container). 


• Close the cooker and bake the pudding for 30 minutes with medium flame. 


• After 30 minutes, take off the lid of cooker and serve the pudding to your beloved ones and have a great snack with them.
