SIDE DISH :1 -

                       


INGREDIENTS :

Onion -1 

Oil 

Green chilli 

Ginger garlic paste 

Coriander powder 

Turmeric powder 

Cumin powder 

Black pepper powder 

Chilli powder 

Tomato paste 

Water 

Eggs 

Coriander leaves to decorate 


PREPARATION:

* Take a large pan and pour some oil and add 1 green chilli chopped. Then saute it well and add ginger garlic paste. 

* Now add the onion chopped and saute it well until the onion turns golden colour. Then add coriander powder,  1/2 tsp of turmeric powder,  1/2 tsp of cumin powder. And mix it well for 2-3 minutes. 

* Then add a tsp of black pepper powder,  tsp of chilli powder and add grinded tomato paste into it.  Pour 1/2 cup of water , boiled and grated eggs into it.  Mix all together well. 

* After the water observed well into some thick consistency,  spread some coriander leaves for decoration. 


SIDE DISH :2- 

                     


INGREDIENTS :

Cauliflower 

Onion 

Tomato 

Fennel seeds 

Coriander powder 

Chilli powder 

Turmeric powder 

Ginger garlic paste 

Ghee 

Oil 

Curry leaves 

Salt 

Coconut paste 

Coriander leaves 

Black pepper powder 


PREPARATION :

* Firstly , Take a vessel and pour some water.  Add a little turmeric powder, salt and put the cauliflower into it. Boil it to remove the germs from cauliflower. 

* Then,  take a large pan and add the oil, fennel seeds,  ginger garlic paste.  Saute it well.  Now add the onion and fry it until it turns golden colour. 

* Next add the tomato,  coriander powder,  chilli powder, curry leaves  and saute it well.  After some 2 minutes,  add the coconut paste,  black pepper powder. So, then after switching off the stove,  decorate the dish with the coriander leaves. 


SIDE DISH :3- 

                     


INGREDIENTS :

Potato

Kashmiri chilli 

Garlic 

Lemon juice 

Turmeric powder 

Oil 

Cumin seeds 

Onion 

Salt 

Green chilli 

Water 


PREPARATION:

* Firstly , to make the masala paste,  add the Kashmiri chilli (8) if normal red chilli (6-7), 10-11 garlic , fennel seeds  and water.  Grind it into paste. 

* Pour some oil to fry potato.  Add the cutted potato into the oil and deep fry it. 

* Now,  take a pan and add oil,  chilli powder,  onion chopped,  salt, green chilli and cumin seeds. Saute it well . Now add the grinded masala ,little lemon juice and 1/2 cup of water. 

* Wait until the water observed well.  Then serve it to your friends and families.
