This type is said to be common among people. And usually for this tension type head aches, very few will consult doctors. Tension headaches is a common term but tension type headache is the medical term. This headache doesn't provide any symptoms like vomiting. Tension headaches would felt like something is surrounded tightly around head like band. It can be treated by normal pills like pain killer. Tension type head aches are mainly caused by stress, problems with sleep and heavy exposure towards light. So, try to reduce timings so that you can get rid of tension headaches. Comparitively, women are faced tension headaches than men. 


• NEW DAILY PERSISTENT HEADACHE :

This headache is similar to migraines and tension type headaches but it seems to be little weird. Mostly everyone knows the approximate day of when the headache started, but according to this headache the person won't know the time of its initial stage. So simply, new daily persistent headache will get started suddenly without any particular symptoms and especially it will last for months or weeks. New daily persistent headaches (NDPH) are headaches which would occur to person who may not have any headache records, so it is type of head ache which occurs to a new person and it's not hereditary type. 


• CLUSTER HEADACHES :

Cluster headaches are the type which is categorised under primary headaches. According to records, men are mostly affected by clusters headaches. This headache would attack the person without a warning. And, symptoms for cluster headaches is not accurate. Cluster headaches will mainly affect the smokers and alcoholics. Mostly the person of age 20-50 will get affected by cluster headaches. And it's kind of hereditary headache. 


• HOW TO PREVENT HEADACHE ?:

The following ways would prevent your headaches in natural ways. 

              *Sleep well 

              * Don't get overdose.                                              medicines

              * Avoid stress and.                                                  depression 

              * Avoid skipping your meals 

              * Drink enough water 

              *Try to take vitamin b enrich foods

•HOME REMEDY FOR HEADACHE:

This remedy will make yourself to get relieved from headaches naturally. So let's get into it. 

   * Take some dried ginger, corriander leaves and pepper 

    * Now, dry these three ingredients under sunlight and grind it as powder. Store it in the container.

     *When you feel headaches, just pour one glass of water in the bowl and add one spoon of grinder powder.
