INGREDIENTS:

1. Apples -3 to 4

2. Ghee or butter 

3. Baking pan

PREPARATION:

• To start the recipe, preheat the oven in 375 degree Celsius. 

• Now take a baking pan and spread some butter or ghee into it. And keep it aside. 

• To make the Apple crisp, you need some 3-4 medium sized apples.  So wash it well and peel those apples. 

• Now cut the apples into thin layers and transfer them into a large bowl. 

• Squeeze some lemon and coat the apples well and keep the bowl aside. 

• Take a fresh bowl and add 3/4 tsp of sugar, 3tsp of flour and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder. Mix it well. 

• And then add the cinnamon mixture into the apple bowl and mix it well enough to get coated. 

• Now, take a fresh bowl and add 1 3/4 cup of all purpose flour, 1 cup of oats , 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup of cinnamon powder, 1/4 cup of white sugar ,1/4 tsp of salt and one cup of butter (unsalted). If you are a dry fruits lover then add them to the mixture. 

• Use your clean hands to mix well . And then use these mixtures to coat the apples to make it as crunchier.

• After filling the crunchies ,bake it for 40-50 minutes in the oven. Then, take it out and let it cool for some minutes. 

•  It's time to serve the Apple crisp with your favorite flavoured ice cream.
