INGREDIENTS:

•Oranges 

•Milk 

•sugar 

•Cream 


PREPARATION :

•First of all, you should make milkmaid (condense milk) but If you have milkmaid already, just skip this step.

•To make condensed milk, pour cups of milk and 50 grams of sugar to it. Let it turn thicker and it will turn as light yellow colour. 

•Then switch off the flame and let it cool for sometime. 

•At the time, you can make orange juice. Take the oranges and squeeze the juice from it. 

•Now take the whipped cream and beat it well into fluffy consistency. And pour the juice into the whipped cream and add the orange colour to present it as pleasantable. And stir it well. Also add the condensed milk. 

•Beat it well for 5 minutes. Meanwhile take some orange pulp and keep it aside. Now take a glass and add the mixture into it and decorate it with orange pulp in it and squeeze some cream on it. 


BANANA MALPUA :

INGREDIENTS:

•Banana -2 

•Elachi powder 

•Milk -2 cups 

•Kesar 

•Milk maid or condensed milk 

•Salt and sugar 

•Wheat flour 

•Fennel seeds powder -1/4 tsp 

•Semolina -2 tsp 


PREPARATION:

•Unwrap the banana and mash it well and add 1 cup of wheat flour and pinch of salt to it. 

•Then, add some Kesar threads, Elachi powder, fennel seeds powder to it. 

•Now add 2 cups of milk and 1 spoon of condensed milk and mix it well. Then keep it aside. 

•Meanwhile, prepare the sugar syrup for frying it. To make sugar syrup, take a pan and add sugar and water. 

•Let it boil and turn into gold colour. Now take a spoon full of mixture and pour it into the syrup. 

•And it should be round in shape, then take it off when it turns golden brown colour. Then atlast serve it to your family.
