Some people are inborn vegetarians and some are shifted to vegetarianism.There are many reasons according to their mindset. Some people will shift to vegetarianism because of sudden mercy on creatures. Some people will not be inborn vegetarians but they will shift into vegetarians because of some changes in their devotional reasons. Some people will shift as veggies because of some beliefs in their religions.


We can't say any draw backs of vegetarian foods, because from veg-foods we can make juices,salads side dishes and more healthy foods. 


The first written use of term "VEGETARIAN" originated in early 19th century. Also we can make diet with some vegetarian foods. The word diet often implies the use of specific intake of nutrition for health or weight-management reason.

Vegetarians has roots in ancient India. Int fact, currently 70% of world's vegetarians are Indians and there are more vegetarian in India than in any other country in world 

                      


These are the interesting facts of vegetarians and veg diets. Intaking veg foods will make us more healthy without facts. Being as non-vegetarian is not a crime but we have to be conscious with our veg foods
