To make your Diwali more special, I am offering you some tasty Two sweet recipes which commonly loved by many people. So let's try this sweet recipes together on this auspicious day. MOTICHOOR LADDU :

INGREDIENTS :

Besan flour( gram flour)  - 1 cup ( nicely filtered)

Salt - 1/4 tsp 

Colour - orange or yellow 

Cooking oil 

Tissues 

Tea filters

Sugar -1 cup, water -1/4 cup


PREPARATION:

• Take a bowl and add besan flour, salt, and orange colour a pinch. Now mix it using water. 

• Once it reached some liquid consistency, stop pouring water. Now take a large pan and fill half pan with cooking oil. Take a boondhi spoon and pour the mixture on certain spoon so that the boondhis will be small enough. 

• Then fry it well and dry it in a tissue paper. Use tea filters to take the fried boondhis because of its smaller size. 

• Take a fresh pan and add 1 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of water and orange colour a pinch. Now stir the sugar water well until it boils well with bubbles. Once it bubbles well,  turn the flame into low. 

• Now add the boondhis and some cashews into the sugar syrup and stir it slowly and gently in low flame. Around 5-10 minutes, the sugar syrup will be absorbed well. Then switch off the flame and cool it. 

• After 3-5 minutes, roll the laddu balls at your convienent size . Then serve it with a smile.

MYSORE PAK :

INGREDIENTS :

Besan flour ( Gram flour) -300 gms 

Sugar -600 gms 

Ghee -900 gms 

Cardamon powder 

Milk -1 tsp 


PREPARATION :

Take a large pan and melt the ghee to start the recipe 

• Now take some large pan and add the besan flour. Besan flour should be grinded nicely so that our recipe will be softer.  Then add the melted ghee little by little and stir it well. Once it reached the liquid consistency, stop stirring. 

• Take a pan, add sugar and 300 my of water to it. Now switch on the flame and stir it well. Add the tsp of milk so that the dirt Willy be removed. After few minutes the dirts will be spotted. Take the dirts out and continue stirring. It will reach some sticky consistency, then add the flour mixture by stirring well enough. 

• Keep on stirring it,  then it will be thickened a little. Now add ghee Little by little and stir well. Add the cardamon powder and stir well. 

• Turn off the flame and quickly transfer it into a tray in which the ghee should be spreaded . Rest it for 3 hours and after turn the tray upside down. You can see that your recipe is completed now. 

• Cut into vertical pieces and offer it to your sweetest family.
