SPONGY MILK CAKE :

 Some may hate milk, some may hate cakes even. But no one will hate I'd it's perfectly spongy. So here are the best tips to get a spongy cake. Let's see 

• Tip number 1 - Don't rush with your preparation, be patient 

• Tip number 2 - Keep all the ingredients as ready 

• Tip number 3- Mix it well to make the cake more fluffy and spongy 

• Tip number 4- Use natural ingredients as much as possible 

• Tip number 5-  Make sure that your necessary ingredients are at room temperature.

INGREDIENTS :

*  2cup raw milk 

* 1/2 cup sugar 

* Unsalted butter 

* Condensed milk 1/2 cup 

* One and half cup of maida

*1.5 tsp of baking powder 

* 1/2 tsp of baking soda 

* Salt 

* Vennila extract ( Up to your choice)

PREPARATION:

•  To make condensed milk, pour the 2cup if raw milk in the pan and add 100grams of sugar to it and stir it gradually. 

• After some time, once you noticed the condensed milk consistency ,then switch off the pan. 

• Condensed milk consistency is nothing but thick consistency 

• Add half cup of butter in a bowl and stirring it for 2minutes using whisk.

• Add 1/4 cup of sugar and stir it for 2 minutes and add 1/2 cup condensed milk to it. Stir it nicely. 

• And add one and half cup maida and 1.5 tsp of baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda and pinch of salt after filtering it. 

• Then add 3/4 cup of boiled milk and Vennila extract to the mixtures. 

• Combine the mixtures nicely and thickly. Take a baking pan, apply butter in it and transfer the mixture to it. 

• Bake it in 350 F or 175 C for 25-28 minutes. 

• The baking time will differ based on the baking container size. 

• After 25-28 minutes, your cake will he ready. Note that you have to cut the cake from the baking pan after it cools. 

• Then serve it to your family 'the smooth milk cake '.


IF TO DO WITHOUT OVEN:

•  There is no change in the mixture's ingredients. 

• Once the mixtures is ready, preheat the cooker for 10 minutes. After the preheating process, place the container inside the cooker .

• Make sure that you have placed a stand inside the cooker for the placement of cake container. 

• Close the cooker lid and bake it for 40 minutes. Then off the flame and let it cool. 

• Then you may serve your " spongy milk cake "
