Lemon dishes

Cool ingredients will make you all pleasant and at peace. These two recipes will serve you some cool feeling. The fact is that upcoming two dishes are really easy to prepare with minimum ingredients.  LEARN SOME BENEFITS OF LEMON :

 Lemon is a native of south Asia. It's scientific name is citrus lemon. Let's see some healthy benefits of lemon :
• It contains about 31 grams if vitamin C
• It is very good for digestion. 
• It prevents you from Anemia. 
• It contains iron in it. 
• And 0 grams of fat in it. So it is very good for weight loss. 


LEMON DELIGHT :

 It is very easy Italian dish which you can prepare by your own. The ingredients are not much expensive, so it can be a tasty snack and even make you comfortable with price. 

INGREDIENTS :

*  Sugar 
* Corn flour or starch
*Water
* Lemon 
* Food colour ( yellow). 

PROCESS :

• Peel the lemon's outer part using knife and cut the lemon into half. 
• Squeeze the lemon juice and keep it aside. 
• Take a large pan and pour 1 cup (200g) of sugar , add water to it 1/3 cup. Now add the lemon juice in it and the lemon peels too. 
• Stir the mixture in medium flame and take the lemon peels off by 3-4 minutes. 
• Take some one tsp of the syrup and drop it in some normal water. If you find the syrup in jelly like consistency, then your lemon syrup is ready. 
• The important note is that don't let the syrup to be cooled. By the way, start preparing the next step of the recipe. 
• Take another large pan and add corn flour and 3/4th cup of water. Then stir it well without any lumps. 
• Then switch on the flame and place the pan on the stove and start mixing without any delay. You may find the paste or gel like consistency. 
• At the particular stage, pour the lemon syrup and continue your mixing process. Add the lemon food color to the mixture and mix it well. 
• Once it reached the gel like mixtures, switch off the flame and transfer it to another container. 
• Then refrigerate it for at least 3 hours and take it off by cutting into cubes. 
• If you want you may coat your lemon delight with coconut desiccats.

LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN :

Lemon is common ingredient and also unique in its taste. And chicken is also a favorite nonveg meal for all. So just imagine a combo of these two. I think it will be awesome and tasty as well. Obviously, there will be no other side effects after taking this recipe. So don't hesitate to try this out. 

INGREDIENTS :

* Chicken 
* Salt 
* Garlic 
* Lemon. 
* Water. 
* Butter 
* Coriander leaves 
* Corn flour 
*  Pepper.

PROCESS :

• Add the fresh raw chicken pieces in a bowl and add pepper and salt in it. Mix all together. 
• Take a pan and pour 2 tsp of oil and place the coated chicken pieces to it. Then add some garlic pieces to it. 
• Meanwhile, slice the lemon into thin slices and pour some water to the pan. Let the chicken cook for 10-15 minutes. 
• After 15 minutes, once you have noticed that the water had reduced, then add 2 tsp of butter and lemon zest to it. Also add the coriander leaves (chopped)  and add the lemon juice + 1 tsp of corn flour. 
• Coat the chicken nicely into pan ,so that the recipe will be more juicy and tasty. 
• At last, add the pepper and sliced lemon pieces to it and cook in for another 10 minutes. 
• Switch of the flame after checking that the chicken had cooked well  . And now serve your delicious food for your friends and family.
